Legal Advice needed to improve their store to meet the demands of a fast growing business.
The store was I need of a design overhaul due to change in branding and need to show a look and feel which matched with the high quality service they offer.
Legal Advice connects people facing legal issues in the UK with experienced barristers who can offer advice or represent them in court. The content of the site is incredibly important to demonstrate to and educate customers to the services and ways they can help. We recommended ways to categorise and break down the services into a clearly defined & organised structure.
This bespoke site design has been created with the conversion metric of raising an enquiry. We have developed many different channels and ways to make it easy for the customer to get in touch.
The brand needed to enhance their online offering with a bespoke, cutting edge site to truly reflect their design-led brand.
The store was previously not running an ecommerce platform they were only providing an information based site. They required a brand new platform to allow listing their complex, configurable products.
Although Dodds & Shute are not selling their products through the website, they required a traditional ecommerce setup in order to list products, provide variants & customisable features and also to receive draft orders which they can process and contact to engage with their clients.
For a design-led firm, the site design is incredibly important to reflect their brand. We designed a bespoke site which would highlight their story & business USP’s in an engaging and inspiring way.
A focus on Call-to-Actions.
The site’s primary goal is to encourage viewers to reach out and start a conversation. So we developed a questionnaire funnel to encourage leaving contact details. We have placed contact CTA buttons throughout the site and have offered multiple options for communication ie Whatsapp, Chat, Phone, Email, Contact Forms & Callback.
